If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you have purchased, we will gladly issue a refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below;

​Donations freely given can be freely refunded upon request.

To be eligible for a refund for a private consultation, the appointment must be canceled at least 5 days prior to the booked appointment date. 

​

1. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments as a result of your negligence.

​

2. Refunds for appointments interrupted by network instability will be at the discretion of the organization after a network test is conducted to determine the cause and found to be the organization's.

​

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

​

4. There will be no refunds for digital books purchased on our website.

​

5. Cost of Return of hardback books is borne by the customer. The exchange of damaged books are borne by the organization. Returns and exchanges are accepted 48 hours from when the product was received. Books must be received in good condition as shipped. We take a digital photo before shipping and request a digital photo in the condition it was received. 
* Shipping and handling charges of hardback books are non-refundable.

6. If a refund is approved, it may take up to [7] business days to be processed and reflected in your account.

7. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the refund request is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms of service.

8. Before filing chargeback claims, we advise you to file a complaint with us directly through our contact page or our support contact at +234 811 414 7359 to attempt to resolve this amicably.

9. If a chargeback claim is filed, we reserve the right to suspend your account on our platforms (Christiandreamsinterpretation.com and other social media platforms created and managed by The Refiners House ministry, Dr. Paul S Joshua and team)

10. During a chargeback proceeding, we reserve the right to present confidential materials such as phone call logs, text messages, voice recordings, and transaction details considered evidential material during the dispute.

11. If a chargeback claim is filed for fraudulent reasons or with the intent of receiving the service or product without paying the fee, we will contest the verdict even if the ruling is in your favour.

12.
